Build a checklist once and it shows up on schedule
Each checklist runs on the days, sites, and positions you pick. Crew phones get a fresh copy every scheduled day, and every answer comes back to the dashboard.
- Build it in the dashboard
- Add checkboxes, readings, notes, photos, and picklists inline, mark what's required, and preview the list on a phone before you publish it.
- Crew work through it on the floor
- The list shows up on the Work tab when it's due. A reading outside its target range is flagged as it's typed, and every answer saves as the crew goes.
- See what got done, and when
- Activity shows each site's lists as on time, late, missed, or still open, with every answer and photo from the run.

Schedule the whole week on one board
Lay out shifts by person or by position, fill the open ones, and publish the week. Crew get a notification that the schedule is out, and the shifts show up on their Schedule tab.
- Drag shifts into place
- Edit mode lays each day out on a timeline, so you can drag to create, move, or stretch a shift.
- Fill the gaps
- The gaps list shows every shift with nobody on it, soonest first, and suggests the best fit after checking hours and permissions.
- Templates and last week
- Save a week as a template or copy last week, then adjust. The draft check flags double bookings and people over their hours before you publish.
- Requests in one tab
- Time off, swaps, and open-shift claims wait on the Requests tab, and approving one updates the schedule itself.
See which sites finish their checklists on time
The Operations overview benchmarks each site against the rest of your sites and against its own history.
- On time, late, and missed
- Tiles show the on-time rate, late runs, and misses against the period before, plus any shifts this week that still have nobody on them.
- Every site, every day
- A heat map shades each site's on-time rate by day, grouped by region, so the site that's slipping is easy to spot.
- The list that slips
- By task list shows each checklist's share of runs that were late or missed, and the site that carries most of it.
- Pacing against the fleet
- Pacing tracks this period's on-time rate against the last one and compares each site with the middle of the fleet.
Today's numbers and Compass, on the same phone
A manager who works the floor gets both sides in one app: their own shifts and tasks, and the wash's numbers from Nautilus.
- Today so far
- Home adds today's car count, memberships sold, and other numbers from your POS, next to the shift and the work that's due.
- Ask Compass
- A Compass bar opens Compass right from the crew app. Type or dictate a question about your data.
- Analytics
- An Analytics tab carries the KPI tiles from your dashboard views, each compared with the prior period.
- One app for both logins
- Managers sign in with their phone number for their own shifts and add their Nautilus email for the numbers, all in the same app.
